2. Not Financial Advice

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade securities in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using Signal2Alpha, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Brokerage Integrations

Signal2Alpha integrates with third-party brokerage platforms (Schwab, Webull) via their official APIs. By connecting your brokerage account, you:

• Authorize Signal2Alpha to place, modify, and cancel orders on your behalf
• Acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for all orders and their outcomes
• Agree that Signal2Alpha is not liable for any errors, delays, or failures in order execution caused by the brokerage or their API
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of the connected brokerage

You can disconnect your brokerage account at any time from the Broker settings page. Disconnecting will revoke Signal2Alpha's access and delete stored tokens.

5. AI Features

Signal2Alpha offers AI-powered trade critique features powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI-generated critiques are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation or other prohibited trading activity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any market data, order status, or AI-generated content provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal2Alpha and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of Signal2Alpha after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
